On !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! that the dealership I was having install my wheels (hello, Myers VW Kanata!) had lost them in their winter warehouse. I waited 2 hours then and it wasn't until my second call to them this morning that I finally got answers. I spent another 2 hours in the waiting room but the summer 17s and tires are now installed. That the dealership is on the other side of Ottawa makes it easy for me to say I won't be going back there but even if they were closer, I would choose someone else. Plus now that I have mounted wheels, I should be able to install them myself.

Too true! Now that my car is in summer mode, I'm on the look out for a nice place to take some DSLR pics

Wow, I can't understand this level of unprofessionalism. Go take your business elsewhere. Maybe some trustworthy indie shop?

That's pitiful, If you brought the wheels to me instead, I could change them in half that time.
My father always brought his Bytek-bought Jetta TDI (now my brother's) to Hunt Club VW, and had no issues. The last time I remember him going to Myers was when he needed a door handle for his Fox, years ago.

I've had all of my service done at Bytek and been really happy with them. If Myers had installed them when I originally scheduled it on Monday I'd have no problem but losing them when the whole point of storage is to have them taken care of made me rather frustrated.
